It is their fear that leads them to invent their gods and other supernatural nothings and associated mythologies. That would be all good and fine except that they don't just believe or have faith in their silly notions, they ACT upon them in the real world causing all sorts of havoc and misery for other living beings. This is a forum for demonstrating how it's ok to fear objective reality in all it's Natural horrors as well as beauity. Children Murdered by Parents Beliefs, July 9th, 2004
In this scary and heart breaking story, "They were simply practicing their religious beliefs and are being punished unfairly" we learn that three children have died at the hands of one church congregation's beliefs and supersititions. If you think that beliefs can't kill innnocents then think again.

What we have is a case of Serial Murder by the "General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn" congregation, and it's Beliefs. When and how will these people be stopped? How many deaths will it take before they seek medial help for their children?

These people need to seriously reconsider the "real life evil" that their religious beliefs are causing.

This is also a case of a belief in the "afterlife" devaluing actual human life. It's shocking that a belief in life after death would actually cause people to care less about their precious single life in the actual and real universe. It seems that the belief in the after life is in part responsible for these deaths via the humans who failed to act and get medical care. Three cases of a "thought meme" causing death. In my books this devalues the notion of the after even further and brings it into the realm of "evil" beliefs that people use to do harm. (I've not even mentioned the suicide bombers yet who are suckered into the big lie of plentify virgin bliss in their afterlife).
